New here? Start with these steps
- Confirm a booking. Open Calendar, choose the date, review the school and location, then choose Confirm & send $50 invoice.
- Check a booking payment. Open Invoices and choose Refresh payment status. Square verifies payment automatically.
- Deliver photos. Open Photo delivery, choose the school, upload the original files, then copy the school or parent gallery link.
- Help a buyer. In Photo delivery, choose their school and use Photo purchase support below the gallery.
Paying the $50 booking fee applies a credit. Original photo downloads unlock after the remaining photo price is paid.

Links unlock only the named photo for seven days. Anyone with a link can use it. Revoke a link to stop future downloads; downloaded copies cannot be recalled.

Help a buyer who has paid for photos or has trouble checking out. Booking fees are managed in Invoices.
