• When a real photograph or video is used as the source material, Reference Imaging LLC aims to preserve the integrity of the original environment unless specific changes are requested.
• Generative AI is used as a creative tool, not as a substitute for transparency.
• Clients may ask how AI was used in their project at any time.

For visualization services, the goal is to help clients clearly imagine a concept, development, property, or finished project while maintaining a clear distinction between what was actually captured and what was digitally created.

This website may be created, hosted, maintained, or supported using ChatGPT Sites and services provided by OpenAI. OpenAI may process website data as necessary to host, maintain, and support the site on behalf of Reference Imaging LLC. Reference Imaging LLC determines how information submitted through the website is used for its business purposes.

Square processes booking-invoice and photo-purchase payments through its hosted checkout. Payment card details are entered with Square; this website does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Resend delivers booking confirmations, invoice links, purchase receipts, and download-recovery emails. It processes recipient addresses and message content, including private access links, and returns delivery information. See Resend’s data-processing information. Normal business replies are handled through our Titan mailbox. Transactional messages needed to fulfill a booking or purchase are separate from optional marketing emails.

Reference Imaging LLC retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, accounting, operational, or communication purposes. Marketing contact information may be retained until you unsubscribe or request removal, subject to information Reference Imaging LLC needs to retain to honor your preferences.

Email links expire and are single-use; expiry of an access link does not automatically delete the underlying photograph or purchase record. Online purchase downloads are available for 90 days after payment is confirmed. We keep a local photo archive for later assistance; ending online download access does not automatically delete archived or server files. Contact us about archive retrieval or deletion requests. However, no website, internet transmission, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
